How to Create a Backup:
Open Tivimate.
Go to Settings -> General -> Backup.
Select the folder where you want to save the backup.
How to Restore a Backup:
Open Tivimate > Click on Settings -> General > Choose “Restore your backup” > Open the folder where your data is saved and select the backup file to restore.
Please note the following:
Backup files can only be restored to the same version or a later version.
Example 1: A backup file from version 4.3.0 can only be restored to version 4.3.0 or later.
Example 2: A backup file from version 4.2.0 can only be restored to version 4.2.0 or later (4.3.0+).
Important: Always create a backup before updating Tivimate versions if you wish to roll back.
Backup files cannot be restored to an earlier version from a later version.
